Open the Pi Network App
Open the Pi Network app, then click on the menu to display more options.

Go to your profile to access your account settings in the Pi Network app.

Scroll down the screen and click on “Change” to change your phone number on Pi Network.

On the phone number change page:
- Select your country, and the country code will appear in this field (don’t enter anything else with the country code).
- Enter your phone number without the country code—just the number (do not use a fake or invalid number; enter your real phone number and make sure it is correct).
- Click on “Confirm Change.”
Verifying the Request to Change the Phone Number
After clicking “Confirm Change,” you will be prompted to complete the Liveness Check process. This must be completed correctly, similar to KYC verification, where you need to smile and look in the direction requested by the screen.
